Summerfield Centre @ Whiteinch

As a church we felt God was leading us to have a presence in Whiteinch in the West of Glasgow.

As such we purchased the Summerfield Center where  our church office is based.

At the centre we host a number of activities with the aim of being a blessing and a resource to the local community.

Monday

12:30pm – 2:00pm NEIGHBOURHOOD LUNCH (Second Monday of the Month)
 Why not come and join for delicious   ‘home made’ soup and sandwiches.  All Welcome!

7- 9PM – STAUROS
Working with the local church, The Stauros Foundation reaches out to people affected by addiction to alcohol and other drugs and to offer the comfort and compassion of God by pointing them to Christ. ALL WELCOME TO JOIN.

Tuesday

7:00pm – 8:15pm– Time for a Song

A time for people with dementia and other memory problems, their carers, families and friends to enjoy music and sing songs old and new, to revive memories and make new ones.

Wednesday

11am -1pm    – ART GROUP

A group of friends painting together. Come in and see if interested.

2-4PM    – COFFEE AND HOME BAKING

Everyone welcome to come and go as they please. Why don’t you drop in for a coffee and relax over some home baking. No charge, voluntary donations only.

6PM – 8PM – ‘GET CREATIVE’

Engaging in a variety of arts and crafts.

6:30pm – 8:30pm

Midweek Youth Group

We begin our time together with food and fellowship before spending time exploring the Bible, questions young people have about faith or themes relevant to their lives today through discussion and activities. For more info see our Youth tab.
